Life everlasting, also known as sweet everlasting, is a beloved plant in Geechee communities. Native to South Carolina and grown throughout the Carolinas, this versatile plant has many medicinal uses. It can be used to treat colds, the flu, asthma, digestive issues, bruises, wounds, and even arthritis. It contains anti-inflammatory properties that can help with a variety of ailments.

Cautions: Should not be taken during pregnancy or lactation. Otherwise there are no contraindications when used properly.
