Astragalus

Traditionally used in Chinese medicine and combined with other herbs, Astragalus is well-known as an adaptogen, able to protect the body from mental, physical and emotional stress. It has also been used to combat upper respiratory infections, hay fever, asthma, chronic fatigue and kidney disease.
